Jonathan Gartner

Chief Administrative Officer

Mr. Gartner is a Partner of Navis, Chief Administrative Officer and an Investment Committee member.

Immediately prior to joining Navis, Mr. Gartner held the role of Chief Operating Officer of Global Markets with ABN AMRO Bank, based in Hong Kong. His job covered the infrastructure and support areas of ABN AMRO Bank’s Global Markets activities across 14 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to his Asia role, he worked in a wide variety of commercial and managerial roles spanning 18 years for ABN AMRO Bank based sequentially in Chicago, Prague and Amsterdam.

Before joining ABN AMRO, Mr. Gartner worked for Drexel Burnham Lambert, First National Bank of Chicago, and Congressman A.F. Hawkins, in roles spanning the financial markets and political spectrum.

Mr. Gartner holds a BA from Hamilton College and an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
