Mr. Latham is a Partner of Navis and an Investment Committee member.

Mr. Latham established and managed the direct investment activities of Rand Merchant Bank in Australia (RMB Ventures). Mr. Latham was also well known to the Navis Founders, overlapping with them for several years at The Boston Consulting Group in the early Nineties.

Mr. Latham holds an MBA from London Business School and BSc (Hons) Mech Eng. from the University of Birmingham, England. Mr. Latham is also a Chartered Mechanical Engineer (CEngMIMEchE) and a Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).
