Mr. Sebastien Barbier was raised in France and received his education in France and Switzerland.

Prior to joining Navis, he relocated to Malaysia as Vice President operations and Project Manager the production of Ismeca, a Swiss OEM of the semiconductor business.

In his previous positions, he worked 6 years in consulting (A.T.Kearney and Kxiop), and 8 years in line management (Saint Gobain and Bouygues). He gained experience in industries including industrial products, utilities, automotive, semiconductor, and retail. His work focused on strategy, merger integration, turnaround, and business development, in both Europe and Southeast Asia.

Sebastien holds an MBA from IMD Lausanne, Switzerland, and MSc Industrial Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris and Ecole Centrale Lille, France.
